Camp 4

This private retreat offers one, two, three and three-bedrooms with den townhomes located on Snowshoe's Northern Tract. Select homes have spectacular views of the Village and surrounding Allegheny Mountains. Private parking and hot tub complex are adjacent to these homes.

These ski-in/ski-out homes feature gas fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryers, and multiple-level living for increased privacy - perfect for the family and entertaining.

Creekside Villas

Come home to Creekside Villas! Situated in the Silver Creek Neighborhood just steps away from the slopes these 2 and 3 Br Den townhomes are truly a mountain retreat. Enjoy the luxuries of a heated garage, gas fireplaces, and soaking in your spa tub after a long day of riding. Shopping, restraurants, and the tubing hill are within walking distance of the villas.

Hawthorne Valley

Beautiful detached homes located at the bottom of the mountain. Some are right on the award-winning Raven Golf Course.

Land's End

These four bedroom multi-level properties with private terraces offer amazing western views of the valley below. Land's End is located within a short walk to the slopes and Village. These homes feature fully equipped kitchens, wood burning fireplaces, washer/dryers, and private parking for guests and owners.

Leatherbark

These one bedroom, one bedroom with loft, two and three bedroom homes are located on the basin side of Snowshoe Mountain just a short walk to Ballhooter Lift and trail system. Leatherbark properties feature generous floor plans, fully equipped kitchens, wood burning fireplaces, washer/dryer and ample parking.

Logger's Run

A new addition to the South Mountain neighborhood, Loggers Run offers four and five bedroom townhouses located on Snowshoe Drive. These homes are fully equipped and offer special amenities such as private outdoor hot tubs overlooking the slopes and heated garages. Heavy log construction and hardwood floors give theses deluxe properties a warm rustic feel. Gas fireplaces can be found in each home and bedroom.

Mountain Lodge

These one and two bedroom homes are located in the center of the resort, adjacent to the Ballhooter Lift and Village.

A great family experience, Mountain Lodge offers children's game room and play area, a walkout balcony with a variety of views, large fireplace in the lobby, private parking, indoor waterfall, sitting area with large screen TV lounge, and ski in/ski out access. Mountain Lodge is home to the Mountain Lodge Conference Center and the Salsa Restaurant.

Mountain Crest

These efficiencies and efficiency lofts are located across from Powderidge at the northern end of the resort. Just a short walk to the Powderidge lift, trail system and the Village, Mountain Crest homes feature fully equipped kitchens, balconies, and wood burning fireplaces.

Overlook

Studio, one and two bedroom properties are located at the base of Snowshoe Mountain, approximately eight miles from the slopes and Village. Overlook features: fully equipped kitchen and a balcony (in some properties). Overlook has a hot tub facility available at a nominal fee and laundry facilities.

Powder Monkey

These two and three bedroom townhomes are located slope side, adjacent to the Powder Monkey lift and trail system. Just a short walk from the Shavers Center and the Village, Powder Monkey features fully equipped kitchens, outside deck, ski in/ski out access, and small hydrospa tubs in select homes. Wood burning fireplaces and cedar log construction give these properties a warm and charming feel.

Powderidge

Impressive one and two bedroom properties overlooking the eastern views and the Village, Powderidge is located slope side, adjacent to the Powderidge lift and trail system in a rustic and wooded setting. These townhomes feature private parking, fully equipped kitchens, wood burning fireplaces, large balconies, and small hydrospa tubs in select homes. Ski, bike or walk to the Village or take advantage of the convenient Snowshoe Shuttle system.

Ridgewood

These efficiency and efficiency lofts on the Highland Ridge are located across from Powderidge at the northern end of the resort. Ridgewood properties are a short walk to the Powderidge lift and trail system. A free shuttle service is also available. These homes feature fully equipped kitchens, wood burning fireplace and balconies.

Shamrock

These one, two, three, and four bedroom properties feature fully-equipped kitchens, wood burning fireplaces, small hydrospa tubs in select homes and private terraces. Shamrock is just a short walk to The Red Fox Restaurant, Yodeler's Pub and the Village while the challenging Western Territory is right across the street.

Silver Creek

These studio, one, one with loft, two, three, and four bedroom properties offer ski in/ski out access to the Silver Creek ski area. Silver Creek Lodge offers a wide variety of services, such as a food court and Misty's Sport's Bar. Silver Creek properties feature fully equipped kitchens (except studios), wood fireplace, and a balcony in most rooms. Silver Creek also offers an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, exercise room, sauna, and Jacuzzi.

The Silver Creek ski area features terrain parks, the tubing hill and night skiing.

Snowcrest

Located at the southern end of the resort, these one and two bedroom properties feature full kitchens, wood burning fireplaces, balconies, laundry facilities on each floor, and game room. One-bedroom units have two small bunk beds perfect for children.

Snowcrest is just a short walk to the Widowmaker lift and trail system while the Snowshoe Shuttle service provides regular transportation to the Village.

Soaring Eagle Lodge

Soaring Eagle Lodge offers spacious Studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom homes designed with fine living features. Enjoy landscaped courtyards that overlook the Allegheny Mountains and relax after a long day on the slopes in the all exclusive Hearth Room. Slope side access and private underground parking make Soaring Eagle Lodge a must see!

Stemwinder

These two, three, and four bedrooms multi-level townhomes are located slope side next to the Powder Monkey lift and trail system. Just a short walk from the Shavers Center and the Village, these homes feature full kitchens, wood burning fireplaces, a small hydrospa in some homes, ski in/ski out access, and an outside deck overlooking Powder Monkey slope and Shaver's Lake.

Summit

These three bedroom properties are located on the western side of the resort across from the Village. Most Summit homes offer spectacular western views and sunsets from private balconies. A quick walk from the Village shops and restaurants and a moderate walk to the slopes, these homes include full kitchens, wood burning fireplaces, and two baths.

Sundown Hutch

These one, three, four, and six bedrooms properties offer astounding sunset views at the top of Cupp Run. These ski in/ski out homes are located slope side to the Western Territory and are a moderate walk to Shaver's Center and the Village. Sundown Hutches feature full kitchens, wood burning fireplace, and an outside deck.

Top of the World

Top of the World offers one-bedroom condo properties and one three-bedroom home. Located at the top of the Widowmaker lift and slope, Top of the World properties feature full kitchens, hot tubs, as well as, ski in/ski out access. Top of the World is home to the newly remodeled Mountaintop Check-In Center, ski rental shop, and Boiler Room Restaurant.

Treetop

These two and three bedroom townhomes are located within close proximity to Ballhooter lift and trail system and close to the Village shops and restaurants. Treetop properties feature full kitchens, balconies, and gas fireplaces.

Timbers

The Timbers are four bedroom private homes located in the South Mountain area of the resort close to the Widowmaker lift and trail system. These properties feature private garages and hot tubs (in some properties). Fully furnished and equipped to handle all of your needs, the Timbers feature heavy log construction and superb views of surrounding mountains.

Wabasso

These two and three bedroom townhomes are located midway between the Village and the southern end of the resort. Wabasso is a short walk to the slopes and the Village at Snowshoe. Large front decks offer beautiful sunrises over the eastern Snowshoe Mountain ridge. The homes offer loft bedrooms and rustic, yet comfortable living areas with wood burning fireplaces. Wabasso properties also feature full kitchens, and private carports for guests.

West Ridge

Enjoy some of Snowshoe's most spectacular mountain views from these one acre single family homesites along West Ridge Road.
