North Mountain
The North Mountain Neighborhood sits atop Snowshoe Mountain. Most properties are ski-in/ski-out condos and town homes, closest to the Western Territory, Powderidge and Powder Monkey lifts, and are just a short walk or shuttle ride from the activities, shopping and dining options in the village.
Central Mountain & Village
The Central Mountain Neighborhood sits atop Snowshoe Mountain. Most properties are ski-in/ski-out condos and town homes, closest to Skidder, Grabhammer and Ballhooter lifts, and are located the closest to the activities, shopping and dining options in the village.
South Mountain
The South Mountain Neighborhood sits atop Snowshoe Mountain and reaches up to Snowshoe's highest point. Most properties are ski-in/ski-out condos and town homes and are located at or near the shopping and dining options at South Mountain. Many of these properties are also a short walk or shuttle ride to the activities, dining and shopping options in the village. The new Soaring Eagle Express Lift and trail expansion is located in this area.
Silver Creek Area
Situated at Snowshoe's second ski mountain, about a mile from the top of the mountain, the Silver Creek area offers condos and town homes. Most properties are ski-in/ski-out condos and town homes and are easily accessible to the day and night-skiing, tubing, shopping and dining options at Silver Creek. These homes are a brief trip by shuttle or car to the North, Central and South Mountain options at the top of the mountain.
West Ridge Road

Located 6 miles, a 15 minute drive from the top of the mountain, in Slatyfork, WV, the Mountain Base neighborhood offers some condos, and a wide variety of detached single family homes, golf-course properties, farms and mountain retreats on varying lot sizes - many with mountain views and wooded privacy. These homes are located near the dining, shopping and other options at the base of Snowshoe Mountain.
